Chair Exercises – Every Monday, Tuesday & Friday at 10 am

Yoga – Every Monday & Thursday at 9 am

 

HEALTH CLINIC-costs set by the county hlth dept

Every 2nd & 4th Thursday from 10 am – 11 am – (sponsored by the Monroe County Health Department)

 

BOARD MEETING – open to the public
The 4th Wednesday of each month at noon
