Volunteer Spotlight

We are dedicated to providing the highest quality home care services to each of our clients and their families. We hire the best caregivers and carefully match them to our clients to ensure the best fit.

We rely heavily upon contributions and volunteers to meet the growing needs of an aging population.  If you would like to make a tax deductable contribution or bequeath, please make it out to the Monroe City Nutrition Center.  If you can contribute your time please contact us, we are always in need of volunteers.  Please consider contributing in any way you can, with financial contributions or by contributing your time.  If you are interested in joining this dedicated team please call 573-735-2131.  You can make a difference in someone's life.

The Monroe City Senior Nutrition Center trains volunteers to provide assistance to Seniors in Monroe, Marion, and surrounding counties. Our mission is to help seniors age in place and maintain an independent lifestyle by providing assistance with:

  • Home Visits

  • Respite

  • Household Chores

  • Transportation

  • Shopping & Errands

  • Telephone Check-ins
